What is the cost of shipping?

The Enjoyable Grind ships via USPS, Priority Mail. Shipping time normally takes 1-3 days for the 48 continuous States. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can take longer. The standard rate for shipping is $9.00. Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more and USPS Priority shipping is used.

Do you have expedited shipping?

2-Day delivery is available for a shipping cost $21.65. 2-Day delivery applies from time the order is shipped. Please see When will my order ship out?

When will my order ship out?

We typically ship orders the business day after your order is received. However, orders may be delayed because of preparation such as roasting or grinding.  Orders are not shipped on weekends of holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the continuous 48 states and Hawaii and Alaska.

Can I split my shipment in different addresses?

We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations. Free shipping and first-time customer discount applies to single orders only. Example: If a first-time customer wishes to have products shipped to 5 different locations, each location would be considered an individual order. If any of the orders equals $50 or more, the shipping would be free. However, the first-time customer discount would apply to the first order only.

How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we start preparing your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate, as we roast all of our coffees to order.

How do I receive Free Shipping and other promotion discounts?

Free shipping is automatically applied to any order of $50 or more. For You can sign up to receive our offers, news, and updates here. Promotion discounts are made available from time to time. When these discounts are available, the customer must apply the discount code provided for the discount to apply. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund discounts that are not applied for after the order is placed.
